So this year I really want to focus on my back looking good! I thought I would share with you guys some exercises to help build your curves. Feel free to add a resistance band or dumbbells to your workout for faster results.
Bicycle crunches 3 sets // 12-15 reps
Single leg raises 3 sets // 12-15 reps
Kneeling hip bridges 3 sets // 12-15 reps
Single leg kickbacks 3 sets // 12-15 reps
