February Weightloss: Stepping up my protein!



ACCOUNTABILITY POST ‼️ Nov ‘21 v. Feb ‘22

Crazy part is I’m 8lbs heavier now but I’m not paying the scale any mind. Focusing on losing inches & toning up all 2022 💪🏾 Intermittent fasting & tracking my protein (120g+ a day). I’ve been doing home workouts, wearing my @snatchedgangofficial belt (mainly for posture purposes), drinking my protein shakes daily & my new exercise obsessions is doing stomach vacuums & planks. Only been doing home workouts all winter (@capricurves workouts are 🔥 or snatched gang workouts from the FB group). March goals includes heavy cardio (I hate running but I will be doing it & more HIIT workouts) still undecided if I want to go completely low carb again. I’ve only been tracking my protein intake & staying in a calorie deficit. I don’t restrict myself of the foods I love but really eat everything in moderation & plan my meals ahead of time 💯 I’ll be back next month with another accountability post. #weightlossjourney #bodycomposition
