July Weightloss: Finally dropped my workout guide!


First off, it’s my birthday month! So happy birthday to all my fellow cancers out there! ♋️ I have finally dropped my long anticipated workout guide https://www.snatched2fitness.com/product/ultimate-workout-guide I combined all my top workout programs & meal guides into one e-book which is now available worldwide. Super excited about that!

So for the month of July, I have been back on my fasting regimen. I’m still fasting 2-3 days a week, it really helps me with my gut health personally (detoxing is a must for me) so I’m going to stick to what works for me. August I do plan to go back to doing intermittent fasting because I don’t want to lose too much weight (I know never thought I would be saying that lol) I enjoy being thick & curvy & I’m really comfortable in my own skin now. I have lost almost 17lbs since I started alternate days fasting in April so now I’m a solid 188lbs. The goal was 185. So I’m practically at my summer end goal already. I do give a lot of credit to Pilates & Yoga! I do Pilates 2-3 times a week. It has helped me strengthen my core so much & now I thoroughly enjoy upper body days when working out. I have been traveling a lot these past few weeks but still managed to stay on top of my eating habits. The discipline is real! I’m excited to see where I’ll be at the end of July! But for now I’m still doing Pilates, Yoga & weight lifting 5 days a week. Here’s my current workout spilt:

Monday - Upper Body (weightlifting)

Tuesday - Lower body (weightlifting)

Wednesday - Upper Body (Pilates)

Thursday - Lower body (weightlifting)

Friday - Upper Body (Pilates)

*I do Yoga Monday-Friday as well

Occasionally on Sundays I will do Pilates.

As far as eating habits, I’m very faithful to my FlexPromeals. 2 weeks out of each month I only eat their meals & I love them so much. The other 2 weeks I just make healthier eating choices. I don’t restrict myself but I do listen to my body when I feel full, I don’t overeat just because I can. Discipline & eating in moderations in key!
