June Weightloss: Yoga & Pilates!

Okay so I’ve been low-key about doing yoga & Pilates the last 3 months but if you follow my fitness account @Snatched2fitness then you already know it’s my new obsession! I haven’t changed my eating habits at all, if anything I’ve been eating a lot more but seeing better results. I know, weird. Yoga is something Ive been doing 4 times a week now, I love the mobility & flexibility it has given me over the last few weeks. I plan to drop a vlog this weekend doing some of my favorite stretches that helped me get rid of my joint pains. So stay tuned for that!

Let’s talk about Pilates… a whole different ball game! It looks simple but there’s nothing east about it. There’s different types of Pilates but for now I’m still sticking with beginner moves. It has helped my core so much & honestly didn’t even realize it until I took comparison pictures today. 10/10 recommend to try out if you are interested. Check out Isa Welly on YouTube she’s really great for beginner‘s. She really pushed me to stay on it so I give her all the credit to my Pilates journey. Pilates is a lot of core work & I personally always avoided core exercises so it’s kinda ironic I started this type of working out but I really wanted to challenge myself more this year & try out new workouts. I’m still doing Alternate Day Fasting, I still fast 3 days out of the week for detoxing purposes & it just makes my body feel better. But yeah haven’t really done anything differently just got more into Yoga & Pilates! I plan to continue both all year & looking to do yoga at least 5 times a week if not 6. I’m just really into yoga now, I don’t know where it came from but I just like that it challenges my body to do stretches I once thought was impossible for me to do.
