March Weightloss: Loyal to my ACV & Supplements!

So the month of March for my weight loss have been steady, I’m down 5lbs this month & started incorporating cardio again at the end of my workouts. Here’s my current workout circuit I do x4 a week. Also been wearing my fitness belt (IG @snatchedgangofficial) every day has helped me out so much with excessive bloating, trying to be more consistent with wearing it everyday. Taking my daily ACV vitamins & supplement. I’ve been really big on drinking a protein shake every day even on rest days. Feel free to try out some of these workouts for yourself or incorporate into your current gym routine. My overall goal is to tone up my upper & lower body. Below is my workout routine for spring, will be switching up my routine the beginning of July.
CURRENT WORKOUTS 🍑
Focus on isolation movements & progressive overload
LEG + GLUTE DAY: x2 a week
‼️ ACTIVATION
3x10 Kickbacks with band (on the floor)
3x10 Hip Thrusts with band (on the floor)
2x10 Leg Raises
2x10 Leg Clams / abduction with band
‼️ LOWER BODY WORKOUT
3x10 Fire Hydrants with band
3x10 Back extensions
3x10 Kickbacks with band (standing)
2x10 Deadlifts (40lbs)
3x10 Good Mornings
3x10 Leg Press (115lbs max)
UPPER BODY DAY: x2 a week
*Stretch for 5 minutes before workout*

3x10 Russian Twists
3x10 Heel touches
3x10 Toe touches (laying on back)
3x10 Stomach vacuums
3x10 Marches
3x10 Standing rounds
3x10 Plank Pulls
3x10 Wood-chops
3x10 Rotations
CARDIO DAY: x1 a week
Walk 10,000 steps @ the park or
Treadmill - 30 minutes + 12 incline + 3.0 speed
I commend you and congratulate you for your great determination and weight loss. I am 73 with some health issues and over weight. 250 lbs. I want and must lose weight. Reading your story has encouraged me to do so. I recently started the vegan diet. My first step and journey. Wish me luck!
