May Weightloss: Getting featured on my favorite website + Switching things up!

May flew by for me! I've been very disciplined with my eating habits this month & I'm so glad I have my nutrition under control now. I'm still Alternate Day Fasting & will be continuing it into the month of June. I've been really consistent with upper body workouts, I hate arm/back day but it's a must for this back fat to melt away. I've lost 3lbs. this month but the inches are still dropping. I've shared my current workout routines in the snatched gang Facebook group so check it out if you are up to trying something new or switching up your routine.


So the switch this month for me was adding cardio to the end of every workout (Monday-Friday) I wish I would've been doing this sooner because it's been really leaning me out this month but now I know what works for me. If you are trying to lose body fat definitely start incorporating 2-30 minutes of cardio after your weight lifting or strength training workouts. You will continue to burn calories.


Also have been implementing, eating more carbs before my workout to fuel my workouts & eating a high protein dinner post workout for the muscle gains. I'm always learning something new and what exercises works best for me but be sure to join the snatched gang Facebook group for inspiration or if you need more guidance on your journey. My June goal is to drop 10 lbs! I know it's a lot but I have faith in myself & challenging my abilities into the new month. Summer is around the corner & my birthday 7/11 so I'm really grinding harder than ever now!
