Hey y'all!
So for the month of August I ended the month losing -7lbs. (super excited about that!). August I was very on & off with my workouts, I was traveling a lot on the weekends and eating out a lot more than I had anticipated on doing but still no excuses. So September I have been back on track & the consistency is on point this month! I have changed up my workout routine and started something different to see how it will affect my body but so far so good. I do upper body days x2 a week, lower body days x2 a week & dedicate Friday's to full body workouts or cardio day. I feel like this has been very helpful for me to break my workout split like this compared to what I was doing before. You guys know I now have a workout bike at home so really I have no excuses! September I have been focusing on toning up, doing more reps with my exercises rather than focusing on just lifting heavy weights. Staying on top of my nutrition so I can get the best results this month. Hopefully October I will be back with a bomb update so stay tuned!
