August Weightloss: Stop doubting yourself

August I plan to really push myself this month. I have incorporated doing cardio (15-30 minutes) after every strength training or lift workout. I don’t have a goal weight but I do have a goal size which is a size 10. I am currently in a size 12 so I am close but learning to really be more disciplined this month with my workouts & stay on top of my nutrition/eating habits. I do lose 7LBS in July so hopefully I will have anot successful month. I have started vlogging my workouts again so be sure to subscribe to my youtube channel to see my current workouts.


Current workout split looks like:

Monday - Lower body day (glutes)

Tuesday - Upper body day (back/shoulders) + Pilates (30 minutes)

Wednesday - Lower body day (quads/glutes)

Thursday - Upper body day (back/shoulders) + Pilates (30 minutes)

Friday - Full body workout/Cardio day


Yoga stretches are done Monday-Friday
